These demihumans are the paragons of thier race. The proverbial "old blood", creme de la creme, quintessential specimens of thier race. Basically give them a ECL of +1, double all racial benefits (only add a +2 if the bonus is a +4 or +6) and triple life span categories. High Men and Women recieve two extra skill points per level and two extra feats at 1st level (rather than one). At the end of reaching the "old" age category High beings feel the need to depart the prime material. Elves sail on ships to a faraway place, dwarves and humans simply pass away. Thoughts?
